Huge-A Enterprise Master Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to the Huge-A Telemetry Platform, distributed probing agents, and edge telemetry APIs. By deploying Huge-A collectors, enterprise customers agree to automated SLA validation, telemetry ingestion policies, and fair-use rate limits.

1. Data Minimization & Privacy

Huge-A Systems Inc. enforces strict zero-retention policies for application content. Only synthetic routing probes, packet timestamps, and TCP handshake durations are stored to calculate regional availability SLA.
